RESTAURANT - BAR
The restaurant, open to the public, consists of two separate rooms furnished in traditional mountain style. There is also a splendid terrace which is available for lunch and for bar service during the day with a view of the Mont Blanc chain of mountains.
During the summer period, the kitchen offers products and dishes Valdostani (Aosta Valley) and other traditional Italian cooking. The owners have taken particular care in selecting wines to compliment the various dishes with an emphasis on local valley wines. During the season, particularly at weekends and August it is best to book in advance. It is also possible to request a personalised menu for banquets or large groups.
During the winter, the restaurant becomes a place of recuperation for cross-country skiers and lovers of walking with a self-service restaurant offering dishes based on polenta and a wide range of sandwiches.
